If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from our online store you may return it within 10 days of receipt of your purchase.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect unworn condition. 

To return or exchange an item, contact me at [email protected] for assistance as each return or exchange transaction is unique. Packing and return shipping instructions will be sent via email. For your protection and piece of mind, please insure your package for the full purchase amount. Rene' Angel Mine is not responsible for items lost in transit or damaged due to improper packaging. Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item and via the original payment method. Typically credits appear on your account statement within 5-7 business days. Refunded credits do not include shipping charges. You will receive an email notification when your return is processed. Rene' Angel Mine is not responsible for items serviced by another jeweler or for pieces lost in transit due to improper packing and shipping. 

CANCELING AN ORDER

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after placing the order. As soon as the item/s has been shipped cancellation is no longer possible but you can return the item/s once it has been delivered or refuse delivery. Once the items has been received, we will process a refund but shipping cost is not refundable.
